I agree with the CLOWNS part. A lot of shares have been traded on CVIA over the past few weeks. I would guess that a lot of it has been done by daytraders who target only a small take and some that has set limit sells and hasn't been paying attention to the news.

This is horrible. I cannot believe this stock is tanking.
Go figure--we get a signed letter of intent--then the stock
tanks. Wow, we were actually better without a signed letter
of intent.
