I worked 12 hours a day as a respiratory therapist in a small country hospital making a good salary, and, after taxes and all, except electricity, cuz I make my own, and water, cuz I provide my own, I had enuf left over to max out my 401 K ($20K?) and still drive 25 miles to see Lord of the Rings.< Amen brother.. I am with you 100% on that.. and I told her that... It's called Personal Responsibility.. and she exercises it. She is responsible 100% for her own lively hood. She created her financial responsibilities and she doesn't ask the taxpayers to "subsidize" her existence. She doesn't claim she is in her precarious position "due to no fault of her own", man I am tired of hearing that one. Just like she is upset about the people pushing over flowing grocery carts to the checkout to be paid on the backs of the taxpayer, while the drivers of these carts chat and text on a $700 Iphone, with a $80 a month data plan. Perhaps they also need to learn how to budget instead of expecting other actual taxpayers to fund their poor decisions, and budget making decisions. And so it goes, PCSTL
