I think you and Barons are probably right. My reason being new forms of credit cards that are coming out. Cost to create more secure card might inhibit Pay Pal. Apple to me has been ahead of this game .

It has become apparent in recent weeks that eBay probably hampered PayPal's development by not spinning it out earlier. Donahoe may be a bad leader not because he finally gave into the pressure to spinout PayPal, but because he held onto it too long, possibly because the spinout will leave him jobless.
