Gold: Fed Ends QE; Interest Rates to Remain Near-Zero

Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen announced yesterday the end of the quantitative easing program. In total, the Fed has pumped $3.5 trillion of new dollars into the US economy since 2008 – and we’re still waiting for a recovery.

Gold, silver, and stocks sold off on the news, expecting further tightening. But Peter Schiff says the Fed’s next move may surprise everyone.
