I have no interest in owning miners long term. Just looking to buy the index at distressed levels for short term profit. I did the same with the Brazil 3x etf few days ago and its already up 25% from where I bought. Recent gold price pressures are primarily because of the dollar rally and that may continue for a while with Europe and Asia still in stimulus mode and US withdrawing. However, I think the miners are overdone in the short term and JNUG can easily bounce back to over 10. Gold will surprise next year once dollar has peaked. BWDIK - just trying to make a few bucks.
