Pierre, Thanks for pointing out that fascinating post. I have been a follower of the 56 threads and have bought stocks on their recommendations. I have mostly lost money, on them, too. Lately I stopped keeping up with the 56 threads, not for lack of interest, and expected to get back to them. I see I've been missing some important things, so I'll try to catch up there as soon as I can. Thanks for your encouragement. I'm certainly intending to change my investment style. VVUS was one of several disasters and I can't afford any more. I hope I can salvage my portfolio with the advice of some of you here. Speaking of CC. I do have some BMY. What does everyone think about writing calls on that? I don't want to lose the stock, though... Linda
