I got the sense (MHO only) that analysts are waiting to see the 4Q numbers (yes, even with Billy Boy's stockholder conference call) before they feel more confident with this stocks. They want to see how well this company performs with the new merged companies factor before they do anything else. It's a wait-and-see game, unfortunately.

Stock Analysts are extremely picky these days on the image that the company brings. I doubt that SYMC has anything to do with it because even if MCAF lost the lawsuit that there would be minimal damage, since the software in question is no longer shipping and has been upgraded. The Nuts And Bolts thing does not seem to be a factor either.

I would have more of a better sense once this Asian market thing is over and things are better. There's too many factors that would affect the price of this stock to say at this point. For instance, today's rise in NETA stocks is due to the FOMC meeting thing. No real news coming out of NETA today that I know of.

Cheers,
Joanna
