<When Bush left office after 8 years, we had created 1.11M jobs.< But, how many jobs were lost from Jan. 2007 when the Democrats took over both the House and the Senate until Bush left office. Which might be part of the equation on why you credit Bush with only 1.11M jobs over his two terms.. In 2007, the BLS claims ~1.6MM in initial unemployment claims. bls.gov First 4 years under Obama, 1.5 M 2nd term thru June, 3.6 M, with about 600K more last quarter. If we keep that up for the rest of his term, he'll be close to what Raygun did in his second term.< And only at a cost of nearly 10 Trillion to the Taxpayer.. Reagan only rang up 1.5Trillion We will rack up another nearly 1 Trillion in only the next 2 years. Thankfully, the Misses and I won't be around to pay the Piper when he comes a calling. PCSTEL
