Steve, thanks for the price alert on Delsoft today, Ill hazard a guess that a "large" share holder unloaded some shares today to get his concubine a new Ferrari. Light volume 50K when down, recovered some before the close. I jumped in for a few shares today I'll venture a guess that it will hit its former high sometime before the year 1999 as companies who have procrastinated will scramble for a quick fix ie, sliding window technique or "hyperdating" in the case of delsoft.
