ALL: Question re: ACLY

The following post appeared on the rather moribund ACLY thread:
Reply # of 706

"All longs: ACLY shares outstanding increased from 6,692,500 shares to 8,218,000 as a result of options exercised by the CEO, Thomas Geimer, for $0.25. As a result, for every 100 shares you owned in ACLY,
you now have the effective ownership of 81.4 shares + the proceeeds from the 18.5 shares you effectively sold to Geimer at $0.25 share, or $4.625. Great trade! For your sakes, I hope they ramp up revenues soon, because at this rate you won't have much effective ownership of the company by 2000."

Any comments on the above?

Best, Ivan
