I think a reverse split would allow the new company to move from the Bulletin Board to Nasdaq, which would attract bigger investors.

Tony - Thanks for your comments. I've had bad experiences with reverse splits, since they're often used as a way to reduce an embarrassing stock price AND huge float...but the scenario you mentioned doesn't dilute shareholder value.
