Dear Kirk,

Please bring to my immediate attention any posting of Seeking Alpha content on Silicon Investor. If there has been any I am unaware. We do not have any content distribution agreement with SA, and fully respect their IP rights and expressed wishes - we did hear from them once, removed all reported posts, and took actions against the violating Members in accordance with our IP policies. Ron does promptly act upon reports submitted via the TOU queue.
