Well, each of the posters credibility (i.e. Kugler, Riley, etc.) should be evaluated based on the availabel information on that person. In Riley's case, we have a lot of information on the Web that suggests that he is not a reliable source of information. Given such overwhelming evidence (most of which he has made publically available), one would be foolish to take him at his word. That is my opinion. I suppose if you believe that he can mentally shut down NASA communication links, then you might consider his word far more credible. That would be your choice.
