Darwin ultimately teaches simply you are one of 7bil people & we are all the same, when you start to think you're something special is when the barriers between people start being erected. What people around the world consider happiness isn't that complex, only when you throw the 'chosen people' idea into the mix does the horror come.

How ironic we find the oldest written chronicles of ethnic cleansing, mass rape & genocide recorded in the bible? Performed by the chosen ones?

The ultimate irony of all time...

Ancient Hebrews were a stiff necked, obstinate & primitive people, no one, not even today would you find one Jew that will try to debate this. Their ancient practices were absolutely manic, superstitious & neurotic about ritual you would think you were in an insane asylum if you traveled back in time. If you doubt this in the slightest, i simply have to refer you to the treatment of one said pacifist among them 2000yrs ago named Jesus.

Maimonodes & the pinnacle of the golden age of Judaic thought, Cordoba Spain 1200BC....
en.wikipedia.org

And where do you find this greatest, most respected of all Jewish rational philosphers, the pillar of insightful enlightened Judaic thought find his inspirations? Thoughts & ideas that still towers over & clarifies in an intelligent , rational way their religion today?

Would you like to try Aristotle? Then you'd be right.

Which he learned from the great Muslim rationalist philosophers of that time like Averroes who preserved the ideas of the Greek philosophers for the Europeans but was censured which marked the end of Islam's golden age?

Maimonides 1200AD...you'll also note this date marks the ascendency of the Europeans & slow decline of the Muslims for the next 1000yrs. This is one of the greatest power shifts in human history which coincides directly with the censure of Greek philosophy in Islam & the ascendency of their superstitious, dictum & dogmatic fundamentalists. (you'd fit right in)

We find the dawning of the Rennaisance in Europe, the rise of the secular universities who's currciulums begin expand beyond the absolute control of the Church & rise of science, humanism & reason. There are few coincidences in life, this certainly teaches you something.

You should really mark 1200AD down for further study, the Islamic Aristotelian neo-Platonist Averroes & the Jewish philosopher Maimonides who partially win the battles for the marriage of reason & religion. Though Averroes ultimately loses in Islam & you end up with charismatic baptist fundamentalist evangelicals taking over, like we have the same puritanical religious tyrants today with ISIL.

Thats where God does everything & his humble servants are just carrying out 'his will' as it is written.
