I sincerely wish you could write in something other than "double-speak" as it is virtually impossible to understand your position. If you are sugesting there was no short selling, you may or may not be right. However, we are dealing with a company that has for two years shown poor drill results and in the absence of some information not being disclosed at this time, why would Pattison inject further funds unless he firstly negotiates a much better deal as to ownership or stock options. When the original transaction with Pattison was signed, the option prices on the convertible debenture were close to the then current market value. If Pattison is to put further funds in, at a minimum, he will ratchet down the exercise price or renegotiate the % interest in the J.V. In either event, the CWA shareholders will have less of an interest but at least they will have an interest going forward and a chance for growth. I still struggle with why he would put more money in as nothing positive has been forthcoming to date on the property owned by CWA. If I am missing something on the drill results or if there is further info to come, I sure would appreciate hearing of it.
