My understanding is that MM's can convert after market close on the final day - I've heard they have until midnight to get all the paperwork to the transfer agent.

I am not sure about that, Que. I though I read in the Q&A session that the warrants will expire "at 5pm dec22 period," or something of that nature. I lost the link to the home page of Bingo (can you imagine?). Please somebody verify what JTO wrote there...
