Moonray, in an earlier statement by ROK concerning the standards progress, they reiterated that they don't plan on paying royalties to Townshend, "since we aren't using technology infringing on his patents". So yes, that issue will probably wind up in court. ROK in court on a patent infringement issue? Say it isn't so! -G-
