I'm predicting a big pop in January. I like to invest in low dogs in December. Tax selling drives the low dogs to excellent value. In January, watch the price take off. If you own stock do not sell now because the stock will jump before the 30 day tax wait is up. Actually, I still want the price to drop to the $4.00 to $4.50 range before year end so I can load up.
