Sullivan leads Begich by 49 percent to 45 percent with 100 percent of precincts reporting. The Associated Press has not called the race, and Begich has not conceded. .......Begich got about a 7K vote swing in the last election from various uncounted on election day ballots to go from a 3500 vote loss to a 3500 vote win.............Sullivan leads by just over 8K votes...........thus.....NO CONCESSION............but apparently there are far fewer uncounted ballots this time.........I say Sullivan wins.
