David...ok, let's see if I can diplomatically hop into this fray...

I have tried to do my homework on this company, including personally talking to the CEO and the large institutional and individual shareholders. I have no concerns, whatsoever, with respect to any insider selling that may have occurred in the past, nor do any of those shareholders (institutional and individual) that I've visited with, have any such concern. It's my personal opinion that focusing on any particular insider sale and trying to figure out the particular reason, and then extrapolating it to whether it's positive or negative for CCSI, is a total waste of time. That may make sense for other companies, but not CCSI given what I know.

Jane has done an excellent job of compiling information about CCSI in a readily available format, and it occurs to me that you might have taken her comment the wrong way when she suggested that if you have any particular questions, to simply call the company. The issue of insider selling has been discussed before, the information is out there to be found, and each person of course is free to draw their own conclusions.

As far as I'm concerned, however, there is no basis for any concern; quite to the contrary, the outlook for CCSI has never looked better, and shareholders who have exercised their patience will be very well rewarded in the very near future.

I think we should have a moment of quiet for those poor souls who have CCSI as a short...they're about to be buried alive.
