The well to do globalists gentrifying formerly rough hoods in gateway cities?

Maybe in NY or Miami but not in most places.

Astounding the wealth for those at the top these days.. Not sure if this happened to parts of Boston and NYC back in the prior Gilded Age 1870-1930 when so many awesome architectural wonders were built? Was an eye opener to me to see so many of these depressed towns in Michigan and upstate NY with so many incredible neighborhoods built during that time period

Mostly millennials are the ones moving into the cities......esp DT.....them and retired boomers.

Not only did they build great homes, they typically built fabulous opera houses in little burghs like Geneva up in the Finger Lakes region of NY.
