Obama doesn't compromise, but that is okay with you. Boehner was trying to protect the country from even more outrageous Obama dictates. Boehner may not be the majority leader anyway. Same with Mitch. They will have another election and both or either could win or lose.

Comrade Philips...."What is my point? My point is that you expect Obama to compromise when Boehner says he never will compromise".....

Are you really a lawyer? IMO Mr. Boehner is absolutely correct, he should not compromise what he believes to be correct and he should not compromise what he believes to be the will of Americans who voted him into office.....As for Hussein Obama he will not compromise his commie beliefs and govern in the manner the majority of Americans voted him into office to do on their behalf. That's shown in the beating dems just took!

And you comrade, Each and every day that you post lies and fraud on this thread and are PROVEN to be wrong you refuse to apologize...COMPROMISE...your beliefs even when you know you are wrong.

So comrade I myself would never compromise my beliefs just to please someone else. If however I am proven beyond doubt to be wrong I would then consider change...

From the article you posted......

BOEHNER: I made it clear I am not going to compromise on my principles, nor am I going to compromise the will of the American people.

BOEHNER: When you say the word “compromise,” a lot of Americans look up and go, “Uh oh, they’re gonna sell me out.” And so finding common ground, I think, makes more sense

What is my point? My point is that you expect Obama to compromise when Boehner says he never will compromise - won't even utter the word.

Why should he? Obama has NEVER compromised and has no intention of compromising now.
