Addi, I do not know of a place on the Net to obtain this
information. From time to time stock buy-back info will
appear in a news story, but only months after the fact.
Your best bet would be to call or Email Investor Relations.

I think this is the bottom for LSI. Long term support for LSI at 20 going back three years. I like the fact the CEO just bought 100,000 in here. In opinions on LSI's future prospects.

Addi, as promised, here's the update on LSI...
I've discussed with TA-ANON and the action of yesterday and today would best be categorized as a minimal snapback from a mildly oversold condition. The Stock is in a position to "turn" , and a true "reversal" could carry some distance.. TA-ANON had identified Dec 18/19 as the likely bottom -- (probabilistic, based on some kind of historical, linear correlation).
Of main interest: No buy signal was triggered to date. That may or may not mean the stock should be bought... all we know is..a set of conditions hasn't been met in the charts to tell us so..
I'm holding my powder dry for at least one more day, Addi... TSO
