No point in "selling" it to the House members. Obviously, the 'compromise' is just that a Compromise that obviously some in the House don't want and very likely members of the Senate have regrets if it hasn't been approved when it was sent to the House after their compromise. . BURY IT IN A STUDY COMMITTEE-------QUICK------STUDY IT SOME MORE.
