Show me where it is on NOAA's nautical charts or for that matter Captain Vancouver's original chart when he discovered Puget Sound for the white man back in the late 1700's.

You obviously have not sailed in our waters up here!

Puget Sound starts below Deception Pass on Whidbey Island and most properly Admiralty Inlet.

You need to learn how to navigate.

Actually Eric is on record saying there ARE and AREN'T refineries on Puget Sound.

No I'm not hoping. After seeing what happened up in Alaska no one would ever wish for that to happen. I go by supertankers all of the time on trips to my home up in the San Juans of Washington State and go right by the Anacortes refinery which is on the water of Northern Puget Sound. Padilla bay is right next door. The most valuable estuary in Washington State for marine wildlife and migrating bird populations.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
