Hello Eric; It is my belief that EB will want to retain this deal, but I'am sure that it will be re-written. It has been happening to others already, I can't see how FLA would be in much of a position to dictate here. Isn't it all a coincident that all of this is happening right around the end of tax loss season?????? January, the new season begins, Jan 1st should be considered as ground zero for the VSE and ASE, we all will have better days ahead I'm sure, not just for FLA, but many of the other pillaged juniors that are out there. Just my opinion, for what it's worth? With regards,Frank
