Attorneys are the lowest form of life on this planet. No one wins in these suits....except these vultures.

Let's look at the PR piece a little more closely. The attorneys alledge that $11mm in shares were sold by insiders between 4-10-97 and 12-11-97. Based on the insider sales data I could dig up, it appears that approx. 81% of these shares were sold by: Lenches, VP (36%), Avida, CEO (26%), and Saltzman, VP (19%). Average selling price was at $52 or so, with most of the shares being sold in July. So, lets do the math: $11,000,000 divided by $52 = 211,535 shares. The company has 56.3 million shares outstanding. Bottom line is that less than 1/2 of 1% of total shares were sold by the insiders.

As of this writing, were back to 14. Expect it to rebound to 17 within the next 2 weeks.
