No it doesn't I'm afraid.Also it is not as simple as that. Generally I find that 2-3 such buy signals cluster together, the 1st almost always within 10% of the true bottom. So I generally wait for the 2nd buy signal, before acting.But as a rule of thumb the higher the ratio goes it seems the stronger the bull market that follows. Interestingly in this recent sell-off followed by the 'feel good' rally it has not generated any signals in the temporary market bottoms. But it generates very early buy signals in true market bottom. I'm still fine tuning the interpretation, but if you provide me with your email Ill send you a few gif files that you can see what I mean. it is not just wave that generates excellent signals, virtually all shares I've looked at works, except Cisco, I think because it is such a volatile share.
