Do you see why normal people decided you have no moral conscience and no mechanism for separating truth from lies?? "A rational person would ponder both God's incredible grace and ones own mortality in that situation" That is what a superstitious person would do. It is irrational to go haywire about superstitious nonsense. Contemplation of mortality? Yes...but that can get tiresome and in the way after awhile. As for the rest of your post: sheer nonsense! If I was going to invent a God I would invent a civilised and educated god!
