IMO, much of LHSPF's valuation since September is tied to Microsoft and investor's hope that LHSPF's technology will be integrated into Windows '98 and longer term into Microsoft's operating system for personal assistant computers.

Thus, I think the stock's recent dive is tied less to Korea and more to Microsoft's squabble with the Justice Department: investor's are concerned how the Justice Department will react if MicroSoft bundles LHSPF's technology with future upgrades of Windows. If they do, it will effectively kill voice recognition products from both IBM and Dragob Systems. Will the Justice Department also see that potential move as anti competitive?

What do you think?
