DJBEINO:

You wrote<<WHAT DOES DRAM PLUNGE MEAN TO ALSC? NOT MUCH>>

Considering ALSC had over $30 million in inventory at the end of last quarter, I suspect there is a potential for a significant inventory writedown. The analyst who wrote that article is ignoring reality.

Happy Holidays,
Ken

My God, that's nice to read, isn't it? Especially since I bought today before I read it. Just confirms my thoughts.

Great to hear this from Mr. Gumport - I trust his opinion a lot. No hype, calls a spade a spade.

He is dead on regarding the fast 256x16 graphic DRAM - most 4M guys have ramped down their fabs and so there is almost a shortage out there, especially in light that people are demanding at least 2MB DRAM for their graphic cards.
