Brocade would be crazy to consider an IPO any time soon when a reasonable benchmark for FC switching companies is in the toilet (ANCR's stock price). Wait until ANCR takes off and then do the IPO. Yes, I am one of the idiots who still believes that ANCR has a bright future, only question in my mind is how much dilution is going to occur before the stock price hits 10, 20, etc. Think SYQT. Tremendous dilution when their business went south. A completely different situation, of course, but judging from recent price action, somebody knows something.
