It will not alter or delay things.
Stick up job by slimy law firms.
It's brilliant, they find a few things to alter in the merger documents, ask for a million dollars give or take. They know the giant companies won't fight. Easy pickings.

Thanks Technet. My guess is the LabCorp buyout won’t close until very late in the year or even next year, so a reallocation might not be necessary.
And as you likely know, your portfolio is the only one holding CVD.
