Looks like the news of Impco Technologies buying Assets Of Edo Canada was not accepted in the market place. Stock closed at 9 1/4.

It's not unusual for the acquiring company stock price to go down since they are spending money. Hopefully today's action was an overreaction. Wonder what they paid? Probably got the assets as a cheep price since Edo was in bankruptcy.

Peter, I hope today's numbers allay some of your concerns. GM has increased its budget with ARSN (ok now its IMCO) by multiples, indicating a very strong commitment to future prospects.

Hopefully you got somewhat of a ride out of cmed also, J. Curtis and I have changed firms recently, so if you would like to talk more directly let me know and I will see she gets in touch with you. Look at AIRM, who is also experiencing break out on numbers (announced yesterday).
