Oh well, let the rumors fly. I just bought more at 9 15/16. As already pointed out, Vivus has a book value of $6.25 with no debt and a strong cash position. Unless this company is going belly up, we should see a triple in half a year. Thanks to all those who are selling. Unless you know something I don't, you just made a big mistake. Shorters have to cover sometime. I am waiting. :)
