Actually Mike many of these companies see a mini relief rally after the financing deal gets announced. Kind of an "oh boy we ain't goin' bankrupt (yet)" kind of thing. Often gives you an opportunity to sell some more at somewhat higher prices. Once the reality of the situation sets in and the shorting begins the schnide begins anew.

Mike, off topic. Are you the famed Mike Farmwald of Rambus? Your name rang a bell in my head, but I couldn't place it until I read an article in last month's Forbes on RAMBUS's revolutionary way of speeding up chip communications.

Anyway, what other stocks would you consider shorts to zero.
