Many of the disagreements that Christians and Jews have are purely theological. Christianity was started by a Jew and most of the original followers of Jesus were also Jewish. There was antipathy from many of the Jewish religious leaders toward Jesus right from the start and that antipathy was carried through to Martin Luther's day and beyond. I'm not going to do your research for you but there is a difference between theological disagreement and anti Semitism.
