What you are quoting from are propaganda sites. The Govt. Has prosecuted bankers such as Bank of America etc. Sometime back I had posted to MM on this thread a prosecution that resulted in significant fine to a major bank. We need money in our treasury instead of an individual or two in our jails.

Well, then why didn't one single banker go to jail for fraud? Because there is the corporate veil....and while its been pierced in the past, its very difficult to do and rarely done.>> They had plenty of evidence to prosecute bankers. Hundreds went to jail during the S and L crises. I suggest you read what independent attorneys were saying at the time......which is that getting a conviction would be difficult. I believe that's why Obama went the money route. I also find it kind of amusing that people like you and MM think you knew better than Holder what is the best way to go. Last I heard neither of you have law degrees.
