The selloff: My broker told me that he saw IOM selling off, and then noticed that there was a Dow story about Kim Edwards' sale of shares November 3rd...265,000s at 28.63 and 35,000 at 28 3/4. He currently holds 628,695 shares, and 6000 indirectly.

The posting is required to be diseminated by the 10th of the month following the sale.

We have already been aware of the sale-- beating a dead horse. I am hoping to see smart money come in now.

I placed an order for more Feb 30 Calls lower than the market, but as of this moment has recouped a little. I HOPE I don't get them...;)
