HTZ. I've no answers to your questions although I'm a HTZ shareholder (since August, with avg cost $28+ vs. stock now ~$21). I'm betting on Jana Partners getting better management into HTZ, and the business and stock improving. I suspect that Hertz's construction rental business will be sold or spun-off, and that will also help the stockholders.

I like that the car rental business has been consolidating.
I have shares now in both HTZ and Avis (CAR).
