You don't have mail delivery and you live behind a fence and a locked gate ... ok, you may be a hermit. After that, I couldn't afford to do anything except stare at the back of the exterior walls from the middle of a big cement slab. Then, your government and mine loaned me just enuf money (against my house... an appraiser came out, but that was in '10 or '11), so that I could put in wiring, insulation, plumbing, A/C, a handicapped parking place complete with signs, energy efficient lighting, sheet rock, and all that stuff. You should have borrowed enough to DO GREEN right. If the Google billionaires can borrow billions to do it why not you? At any rate, if you couldn't do it right, greenwise, you shoulda let someone else do it. And spent your money on trading for a biodiesel truck.
