PICO - might pop on Monday on a note about activist shareholders in Barron's. They seem to suggest that some assets will be monetized and/or the whole company might be sold. It's possible someone got the wind of the note beforehand and run up the price last week... It looks like your shares are still underwater (pun intended I guess :)). I wonder if I should buy now that catalyst is there (another pun???). Water shortage in CA might be another catalyst this year if someone writes an article how PICO has a lot of water... I probably won't buy... but it might be an opportunity here.
