Kim,

Thanks for the update. I particularly like Naxos feels confident that the Johnson/Lett technology will materially enhance the company's position.

As they said in Fargo "Ja, you betcha"

Thanks Kim!
Did they confirm that Ledoux had started with the retesting?
Do i understand it correctly that Led will use the same samples
and run the method one more time and then certify?

TIA,
Anne

Mr. Brasington;

Thanks for the meaty update. Your posting stands in contrast to some of
the nonsense we have seen in some others that we have had to endure recently.

You posted; "Naxos is interested in building fundamentals via multiple
confirmatory groups." And before that; "...future testing plans and
focuses within the next several months."

Sounds to me like a horse race between a five ton per day pilot plant and
Ledoux with its three check labs. And the finish line is sometime next spring.

Maybe we're not in "two more weeks" category any more. Maybe it's two more
seasons. :-(

Just another unsavory bite out of the old reality sandwich?

Kim: Thank you for the update. Maybe I am missing something, but from your last post it was not clear whether or not re-testing at Ledoux is on schedule or not. Could you please clarify this issue. Also, what is the scope and estimated time line of this re-testing. It was my impression that Ledoux just wanted to run another test with no Naxos representative on the premises. Once they are able to replicate the results with no Naxos rep on. the premises, they will certify ALL numbers immediately. Correct?

TIA

Kurt
