I find it harder to envision oil going substantially lower during the winter. With the early "polar vortex" arriving in the US, it will be very surprising if we don't have a harsh winter. Yes, we are drilling like mad and producing more than ever but NG will get sucked up pretty swiftly if this cold season is as tough as I'm expecting.

I think we've seen the bulk of the move in oil but the trend is down and there's no reason why it can't keep falling for a while. I also believe that the "global forces" want the make life as hard as possible on the Russians and cheaper oil plays right into that scenario.
