IN THE PAST 5 YRS,THE INSIDERS WERE SELLING ALL ALONG,IN GOOD TIMES AS WELL AS IN BAD TIMES. Some times they sold at low levels and sometimes
at high levels. Is Bill gates selling stock?IS MR.DELL selling
stock? U bet they do!!!Are they going to f--- up one day?
u bet they will.Read what microsoft is telling us every qtr,
we may f--- up nxt qtr,but so far they never did,not yet anyway
.Efii mgmnt every qtr warned that their business is in danger
due to various factors(Russian Rollete). The only thing that is in question, was there a leak of information to some of the big boys before the announcement, the option activity the day before hints that something was about to happen,,??
Looking backwards at some of the announcent before 12/11,xrx
cannon,ek ricoh all hinted that business is soft,WE should have
detected these red flags.if we waite for Prudential and others to tell
us when to buy and sell,we better go to atalntic city and have some
fun, these guys are hired gunslingers to generate commissions
and don't get me wrong, Mr Henderson is one of the better analyst
in the street, the problem is that most of these analysts never
managed real money...

Another point is that the shortfall is being blamed on the Asian situation. If THAT point is true, it seems to me that very few Americans...envolved in Asian commerce or not, knew of the deep problems that would surface so quickly.
Japan---we've watched and expected them to do the right thing before the problem became acute. They are just now taking action. Korea we had no emotion about and were blind to any belief that WE could posibly be effected by that little nation.
Hong Kong ---the 'unrestrained exuberance' or whatever, that occured prior to and just after the colony returned to China presented a clear oversold situation that we Americans never see!
Can EFII be blamed for the same attitudes that all of us share towards the Pacific Rim?
