This is a different issue altogether, that is lack of enforcement of a corrupt administration whose employees wait in line to land a plum job at on of the big banks or WS firms or vice versa - go from WS to high position in government ala Paulson and make sure your friends are not punished or Geithner landing a plum job in midtown.
