You can read in the comments on twitter with this one that Apple refused to replace due to bending being considered user damage. 1 Comments On 428 of the 9 bent iPhone 6 jakeIf the phone is made like sh*t, and bends from regular use (refer to a few tech reviewers who had their review units bend), then you better keep exchanging them, Apple. Instead you a) don’t admit to it b) launch a disinformation campaign c) tell your Geniuses to lie to customers (“It’s only 9 phones”), d) make it harder to exchange for those living outside of the U.S., e) make it harder to exchange, period, blaming the user for the damage, and being absolutely inconsistent, and f) are being total douchebags in general. I stopped buying iPhone after the iPhone 4s, because I started seeing the entire picture clearer. I suggest that you vote with your wallets as well.
