thanks much harry. this explains summits greater involment that is now showing up in the dec 12 and 16 prospectus recently filed and probably involved in the decline we are seeing. i am not very good at the fundamental interpretations of all this info and would like yours an others feelings on these

Can you believe that LCAV closed today at $1.00 per share?

This company could be profitable in 1998. How much lower can this stock go.

I hope they don't lose their Nasdaq listing before the turn around which I am guessing is about 3-6 months away. I am still waiting for the right time to buy in. I am sure glad I sold at $4.00
