Lots of hammers on the candles because of that last 5 minutes of buying.a hammer occurs during a downtrend and usually indicates the stock is hammering out a bottom.I haven't checked all of the stocks liked on this thread but several formed hammers.GD

Greg, you just said most of what I want to say. However, don't count the non-participants out if we indeed get a big follow through tomorrow. The tide rises all boats.

GD, at what time did EVI's CFO came out and say they think the fundamentals are getting stronger. That could be the trigger point that the big money has been looking for. Analysts pounding the table is no good anymore. People want to hear it from the industry insiders, straight from the mouth. I don't recall any of these drillers issue any statement about the state of their business in the last 30 days. Anyone seen any?

Overall, it seems like this sector has been played like a toy piece by an orchestrated mega fund octapus. While I still haven't checked how has everyone performed on their TA chart, especially if they have successfully bounced off their lower BB's (will do this tonight and compare with the table yesterday), today's close is definitely positive.
