JJB, please elaborate on what you mean by a naked short situation that the SEC is going to do nothing about. If you have a concern, why not contact: sec.gov I am still interested in an answer to my post # 1009. Also, the guy who wrote post # 1246 had some groovy information. I liked to see what he uses for a cyrstal ball.
